I’ve been to several different salons in the area but this one is my favorite! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, relaxing and cozy interior, and if you’re getting your hair done, I highly recommend Nicki! She’s the best! Every time I leave after an appointment with her, she’s brought life back to my hair, making it look and feel AMAZING. I’ve never left an appointment disappointed. She always goes above and beyond! Salon 828 is an upscale salon for the entire family. Both my husband and I are long time clients of Nicole C. Don the owner and all the stylist are always so friendly and helpful. My main reason for choosing this salon is the time and care Nicole C puts into each appointment. At the start each visit, Nicole consults with me about the health of my hair, gives me her recommendations, suggestions and asks me for my thoughts. I would describe the environment/vibe of salon as relaxed and chic. A good location with lots of parking in the Middletown Shopping Center.

Hairstylist was so sweet! This definitely isn’t the place to go for curly hair though… my stylist didn’t account for shrinkage and my hair is so much shorter than I want it to be 🙁 i also asked for it to be short in the front and long in the back with a gradual transition but she cut it long in the front and super short in the back haha. She never showed me the back of my hair so I couldn’t see until I was in the car and I cried a little bit about it but It’s totally fine, I can pull it off!! But make sure to bring a reference photo if you come here!! It was also totally my fault for not speaking up about it, I didn’t want to hurt her feelings lol. If you’re white with straight hair, this is totally the place for you though!!
