This salon is my new favorite place. Kendall listened to everything I wanted and made sure that we could get my hair back blonde in the most healthy way possible. She is very talented and left me feeling like a model! She listened to everything I wanted and made it possible. The salon has a cute boutique inside as well. Can’t wait to come back ❤️

Critical: Quality, ValueI expressed my need to be finished and out by a very specific time while on the phone booking the appointment, that it had been months since having hair done and that I had self colored with a semi permanent blue and wanted my hair returned to silvery blonde highlights . She told me she would have time and no worries I would be finished on time.So I booked the appointment and was so excited to go get my hair done there. I arrived 15 mins prior to the appointment time and asked again if there was enough time- showed her a shade I was aiming for and wanted to know if we needed to arrange an extra appointment to do this in stages. Again she reassured me she could and even suggested she may be done 30 minutes prior to the time I said I needed to be out the door- so with that we proceeded- she is the professional and I trusted her.Needless to say, I was still sitting in foils at the time I specifically needed to be out the door, there was no time left to dry or even style- no heat process to accelerate the lightening was used- neither of us even knew what it would look like dry. I had to forego any lunch before speeding to get to my job and air drying my hair while driving, nearly late for work and in the chaos nearly hit a deer. I feel she only wanted to fill her book and did not care one iota whether I was happy with the service and that my concerns being finished on time were totally ignored.My hair is brassy right now with green ends, I feel so ugly and embarrassed. No hair customer should ever feel this way.And I am angry because while paying for this disaster she said something to the effect of ‘well if we had had more time’ As if it was my fault she couldnt leave the foils longer!!! That is just not acceptable when I plainly expressed my concern in regards to the time while booking on the phone and once there in person, I even asked if it needed to be done in more than one appointment.Worst salon experience of my entire life! I have had better service by Students learning at cosmetology schools. They LISTEN TO CONCERNS.I will be going to Sallys Beauty Supply in the morning so I can fix this mess myself after I spent 125 dollars already.
