Shampoo room was a treat as lights are dimmed and it’s quiet therefore a lot more relaxing than the traditional salon, it was my favorite!! I would give a zero star if I could. I had a horrible experience with Kathy. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life. I will be reporting her to LivingSocial tomorrow, and calling owner. I had an appointment took off work, left my very ill husband and drove 30 minutes. There was no front desk to help just get coworkers who told me she was not there. They also stated that she has too many LivingSocial vouchers and couldn’t keep track of her clients. With all the stress in my life , I was really looking forward to some me time. I left disappointed. She texted me today to as apologize, and when I stated that I didn’t mind the cancellation but lack of a call, she pretty much went nuts on me, refused to reschedule and said she couldn’t be bothered with “you people” and called me an idiot. Customer service at its finest.
