Critical: Professionalism, QualityAbsolutely horrible experience. I went for the service, full hair highlights along with hair cut to celebrate my upcoming labor and childbirth. I chose Angelina Cosmomoxie22 who is an expensive and apparently experienced hairstylist thinking that I will get the best services. I explained Angelina about my requirements and showed her the reference picture but result was not that what I wanted. It frustrates me that even after paying $420, the result or even the hair color is barely even visible.Also during the procedure she used faulty steamer which was leaking and literally burnt my scalp. She didn’t even apologize once. The whole time she was trying to convince me by saying it happens or may be it’s a chemical reaction.In between the procedure she got annoyed and said will not be able to give me haircut as she was running out of time and her other client was waiting, has mentioned multiple times that I have huge volume which took time to color that’s why she will not be able to give haircut and will not charge me for the same . When I reacted she completely changed her statement by saying she can give dry haircut not wet.Not going to recommend anyone to ever go to Angelina. Super annoyed by the services.Couldn’t sleep the whole night because of the scalp burn. Absolutely horrible experience. I went for the service, full hair highlights along with hair cut to celebrate my upcoming labor and childbirth. I chose Angelina Cosmomoxie22 who is an expensive and apparently experienced hairstylist thinking that I will get the best services. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI see Danielle and adore her! She has always done such a great job – now I trust her fully, she knows me and what I like with my hair and I let her be creative and have fun! The Salon is clean and adorable, the staff is always friendly too. I won’t go anywhere else! I also used Danielle for my hair for my wedding and Sarah for my make up – Sarah is also amazing! I haven’t seen her for hair but I absolutely loved what she did with my make up. She listened to what I liked and added her own touches knowing make up better than me.
