I visited this salon twice, once for a hair cut and the second time to get my hair colored. Tina was my stylist for both visits and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area needing their hair done. She was very friendly and easy to chat with while she was working on my hair, and I’m thrilled with how the colors turned out!

Absolutely horrible experience. Booked an appointment with the owner, who has all five-star ratings. Felt pretty confident about bringing my son in for a haircut for an important event. Ended up getting a completely different stylist named T. I explained to her that tomorrow is a big day for my son as he has senior portraits. I showed her a picture of my son with a longer men’s haircut and asked for that cut. She completely butchered his head- short, blunt and misshapen. The worst haircut we have ever seen on him, on par with a home-covid cut. I asked about her fixing it, she said water and a shower will make it better. We were polite, paid and left because we were in such shock. My son was SO upset, almost on the verge of tears in the parking lot. I insisted we go back in to ask another stylist named M to fix it. M was kind enough to attempt to soften the edges and clean it up as best she could. Meanwhile in the waiting area, T attempts to start a fight with me, furious that I’m not allowing her to fix her terrible work, just feet away from my son who is already mortified about the bad cut and having to come back in. This woman has zero styling skills, and even worse customer service skills. I would NEVER let her near my son’s head again. As lovely as M was to attempt to fix this botched job, we would never go back to this salon. I ended up spending $36 for the terrible job and then gave $40 to the woman who fixed it as I felt so bad for her as well. $76 total for a horrible cut, and an awful experience. Shame on your employee, mean and unprofessional all around.

This salon is a very comfortable, friendly place. A special ambience and camaraderie among the staff makes it a very special and fun. My stylist, Maureen, is very knowledgeable and explains everything she is doing. Her expertise and foundation of knowledge is evident in the fact that my hair is finally healthy, and I love how it now looks! I give 5 stars plus to Salon 77!

I have medium long hair and yes they are thick so they charged me exactly double. When I asked they said it took an hour for them.The hair dresser was running 20 mins late, she started around 4:45 and we were done at 5:20pm.

First hair salon I’ve been to in this state. It was such a nice experience. Netch did a fantastic job and has a pleasant personality. The studio was very neat and they had great protocol to keep everyone healthy. Their price was fair for a female hair cut and it turned out great. Will surely come back.

Amazing! I’ve been going to the same person for 10 years and recently moved and was really nervous about seeing someone new. I saw Tina and my experience couldn’t have been any better! My hair came out even better than it has over the past 10 years. They were so nice and the prices were great and comparable to similar salons. I got a basic partial highlight with a cut and everything was beyond my expectations! Highly highly recommend this salon and Tina Roy!
