Critical: Quality, ValueWe went for a spray tan before our vacation. We ordered extra legs for me and added moisturizer to keep it longer. Both of us came out ridiculously uneven. We went for a spray tan before our vacation. We ordered extra legs for me and added moisturizer to keep it longer. Both of us came out ridiculously uneven. My whole back was white. We both and orange hands and feet. My legs never darkened. It lasted all of one day. Very unhappy, very disappointed. The girls in the salon were very nice, but the spray tan was so bad.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called and scheduled a random wash, cut, and dry and my appointment was with Kayla, I believe. When I arrived, the salon was incredibly clean and I loved the aesthetic of the place. Kayla double shampooed my hair because of how oily it was and gave me an amazing scalp massage. She spent a good amount of time giving me an incredibly meticulous haircut. I’ve literally never been so impressed. Every strand was cut so evenly and she spent nearly another hour blowing drying my hair in a curly style (I have A LOT of hair.) I’m very picky person and I’ve been to hair salons where I’ve paid over $60 just for a mediocre haircut. Their prices are extremely fair which is a shock because other hair salons charge insanely in Chelmsford. I’ll definitely be returning.
