Booked on her site which asked me to put in payment information so I did. Received an appointment confirmation so I showed up to my appointment only to have her never show up and turned off her phone so it went directly to voicemail. Never heard anything from her at all until the following day. Even though she stood me up she still charged my account. I advised her of the $36 over draft fee I incurred as a result of her taking out the money because of course I went to another nail tech who actually did my nails and rightfully debited my account… first she once again ignored me then the next day she called very unprofessional screaming at me about not paying for the overdraft fee and hung up on me. She could have handled it way more professional had some sort of empathy seeing as how she stood me up. She will be hearing from my lawyer. My advice if you want someone professional this is not your girl!!!! Stay away at ALL costs!!!!!

I was a little nervous at first because I don’t trust any shop when I’m home from school in DC. Tried Salon 618 today and Im glad I did! My tech did a great job and really took the time for detail. Definitely going back!
