Critical: QualityI asked for an appointment, I was looking for Saturday, and everyone refused they don’t know how to gain new customers, say they each have their own schedule and gave me the phone number to call the new girl, Kristal. I did, she doesn’t work on Saturday, but agree to see me after work. I show her a picture of the haircut I wanted but she didn’t know how to do it. I will not go there no more. I asked for an appointment, I was looking for Saturday, and everyone refused they don’t know how to gain new customers, say they each have their own schedule and gave me the phone number to call the new girl, Kristal. I did, she doesn’t work on Saturday, but agree to see me after work. I show her a picture of the haircut I wanted but she didn’t know how to do it. I will not go there no more. Great Salon — always clean & Stylists are both most professional & friendly. In late 2018, we were new to the Plant City area so I asked our new-home Contractor for a Hairdresser recommendation and he told me to book an appt with Lisa McGrath. I did & have always been very happy with the results — whether it be with the haircut, the style, the products used, but most especially with the body perms Lisa does for me as not all Stylists know how to do a good permanent!!
