Absolutely terrible. Went in for a pedicure and dip. The lady did a polish change on my toes. I told her I requested a pedicure. She said “I already painted them” and left to do another persons toes. Went to the front desk the girl just stared at me like she didn’t have a brain. Went back and waited. 3 different people came in to take me to do my nails, ignoring the fact I didn’t get the pedicure. I told them I wanted my feet done before nails. My bf called to try to talk to someone on the phone and was hung up on. Every person came in left and never came back. Ended up having to leave without my nails

Quality of service has gone down so much. I used to get dip manicures here all the time. The last one I got left me with terribly shaped nails. Then, in less than two weeks, one nail completely came off and two other chipped. I rarely have dip manicures chip let alone in only about 10 days. Definitely will not return.

Not great at all. Not terrible. Just not what I would expect. Asked for dip, wanting some length added. Nails are much shorter than when I came in and very thick. Certainly not elegant at all.

Terrible customer service.. stopped going to this salon for the lack of customer support. Decided to give them Another try and again disappointed. They charge for every little thing.. broken nail, chipped nail, bubbles in polish , crooked nail….all the mishaps and more The owner is rude , the technician is rude and you have to tip CASH . There’s an ATM on-site to get cash that charges $3.50 for cash to tip . The polish is watered down with acetone , doesn’t last . Place is subpar clean . There is a million other salons in the area who will give great customer service without a charge for a fix.

Really a very nice salon in terms of its appearance. A bit on the pricey side but manicures were pretty disappointing. My manicure was fine, but one of my daughters had to re-do her French tips because the polish was gummy and uneven, and another list a tip after a day just from using her phone. I can’t recommend them.
