Critical: QualityI had a color and cut done. I hate to leave a bad review because the hairdresser I had treats customers very well and was wonderful to work with. I really wanted to love my hair, especially since I requested she try a second time with coloring, as it didn’t turn out the way I had hoped the first time around. The second round ended up feeling rushed so I didn’t want to ask a third time to fix it. Now, to my extreme misfortune, I was stuck taking family portraits(scheduled weeks in advance) this weekend with orange hair. I had a color and cut done. I hate to leave a bad review because the hairdresser I had treats customers very well and was wonderful to work with. I really wanted to love my hair, especially since I requested she try a second time with coloring, as it didn’t turn out the way I had hoped the first time around. The second round ended up feeling rushed so I didn’t want to ask a third time to fix it. Critical: Quality, ValueI don’t want to name the stylist because she was very nice but my hair color is absolutely horrible..I showed her a pic of what I wanted, The color she did looked nothing like the pic.. I’m just so sad. I came for a Brazilian blowout with Natalie she was very attentive and made sure to give me a towel and glasses for the fumes. The only bad part was that it didn’t work I think maybe she was just a little too rushed and didn’t pass the straightener enough to seal in the product and she was rushing throughout the whole process.
