AMAZING, even though I was a bit nervous for going from long to short hair Heather King talked me through it and I have never been happier with my hair!!! Great service, amazing people and overall my best experience yet!! Thank you so much Heather for fitting me in you are a blessing!!❤❤

I’m so disappointed to leave this review, I contacted Heather (the owner) through a Facebook ad, I explained what I was wanting and sent pictures, drove 30 mins there for a consultation. Heather examined my hair and viewed my photo and said she could absolutely do it. So we scheduled an appointment for the following week. I came in for my appointment at 9:30 and she got started right away. I left there at 2:30 with the most awful color treatment I have ever had. I thought perhaps I was in shock, it looked orange and bronze, like I went to Walmart and tried to dye my own hair. I paid her the $150 she quoted and left. About ready to cry, went straight home. Contacted her later that day and told her how disappointed I was. Sent here pictures of the awful splotchy color and orange and bronze hair I had. She apologized and said I could come in and she would fix it, but she only had appointments 2 or 8 days from then. But she recommended not to do 2 days as my hair was fried from all the treatment. I took the appointment nervously and every time I looked in the mirror I cringed and just wore a hat all the time. Contacted another stylist and went in for another consult where she was blown away by the awful work and damage to my hair. Not to mention I was charged $150 for it. Long(er) story short I canceled my appointment with Heather and asked for a refund. She just ignored me. I followed up and asked again. And was ignored. So I paid $246 to the other stylist to fix my hair and then $100 worth of product to treat my hair (tons of breakage) and am also out $150 that was never refunded. Lesson learned, if you want blonde, do NOT go here!

Positive: ProfessionalismHeather done great on my hair as well as my one daughter’s hair. My other daughter was done by Celeste i think is her name i cant remember for sure but she did an amazing job. We all have very thick hair and other stylist jack our hair up but not salon 52 they got it right without ever doing our hair before. My sister also went to this salon months before and i seen the awesome job they did on hers so that’s why we went. So thank you salon 52 and we will return bc it was an awesome experiance from start to finish. New girl two weeks out did a good job. It was much darker and cut too short than I expected but it is a nice job. Just too drastic of a change. My hair was very dry so they worked hard to condition it. Owner was very personable and patient with new person. I like that they do free cuts for homeless. A lot of people don’t take their time to help others so I will support them !

I love how it turned out! I had an idea kind of mashed together from 3 different looks, and Voila! Heather got me. The curls can’t be tamed, but I liked the smooth wavy look and might do it again.
