Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI walked into this salon with no appointment just needing a wash, condition, and blow dry. I completely expected to be turned away. But to my surprise the Stylist Brenda took me with out hesitation. She was extremely polite and very personable. She washed my hair with the upmost of care. I can truly see that she loved what she does. The salon was very clean, the women were professional, and overall just a great experience. I walked into this salon with no appointment just needing a wash, condition, and blow dry. I completely expected to be turned away. But to my surprise the Stylist Brenda took me with out hesitation. She was extremely polite and very personable. She washed my hair with the upmost of care. I can truly see that she loved what she does. My regular stylist is Leticia and she is excellent with styling my natural gray hair. When I make a suggestion of a style, I always leave the salon looking great. When she is not available, which is rare, I use my sisters stylist Brenda. Brenda has literally brought my sisters hair back from “The Dead”, over processed and permed. We both are very pleased with the services here and they are very good with protecting their clients during this time of covid. I have been going to this salon for about two years and have been extremely pleased with the service. My regular stylist is Leticia and she is excellent with styling my natural gray hair. When I make a suggestion of a style, I always leave the salon looking great. When she is not available, which is rare, I use my sisters stylist Brenda. Brenda has literally brought my sisters hair back from “The Dead”, over processed and permed.
