Melissa…. I will never go anywhere else again.. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this lady…. I’ve been utterly disappointed with my last 4 cuts at 3 different salons.. a couple cost literally 3x what Salon 504 charges! My favorite haircuts back home cost over $100! I’m beyond happy with Melissa… She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and even said she was happy to see pics of my favorite cuts when I’ve had other stylists get irritated by hoping they’d recreate em! My hair is kinda weirdly thick and wavy so I do understand not everyone knows how to deal with that, but Melissa totally knocked it outta the park… I also love that she kept checking in with me making sure it was what I was hoping for… She’s just amazing… I did watch another stylist work also, and she too seemed to really be doing high end techniques….. I think I originally passed on this salon cuz the price was so low that I assumed they weren’t all that good…. Boy was I wrong

Service sucked. They were late on the appointment. Yes really don’t like them. They were back there cutting up or they were back there more party and then doing the job. They were poor and poor attitude.

Absolutely DO NOT go to Salon 504!! Customer service: terrible!! Results: even worse!! Called and talked to the owner who made it out to be our fault bc we didn’t research the techs work. FOR ONE, when you go to a salon of professionals you expect to get good work! What Alexis wanted was not that hard of a hair do!! FOR TWO, the owner made the excuse that the girl is right out of school. If we had known that we wouldn’t have made the appointment but then tells me that they wouldn’t have told us that to begin with!! THREE, when we called to make the appointment we did even know who it was with, the owners workers asked what day and time we wanted and said okay we got you scheduled and couldn’t tell us who was doing her hair to even research her!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
