Donna knew that my hair was difficult to tame, and she suggested the treatment and said for me to wait a day to wash it, even though the product states you can wash it right after the application. I waited a day and my hair is straight, no frizz and so soft. Thank you for your suggestion and your directions! I got a Groupon for this place and I was very happy with the deal! Courtney took great care of me. She respected my wishes to cut according to my specifications while still removing the damage. She knew exactly which style would suit my hair type, texture, and face frame. She was very gentle with the blow out and gave me awesome tips on scalp care. I felt as though I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Courtney for your hair needs. I am very happy with my cut and so relieved that my hair is still long.

If your looking for a up-to-date salon experience this won’t be your salon. You can tell by the atmosphere walking in that this salon like a Super Cuts disguised under higher pricing. Save yourself the trouble and ask someone with great hair what salon they use. It won’t be Salon 463.

I liked the salon at first, but found that client satisfaction is not their priority. If the client is not happy with the service, they find every excuse to blame it on something the client did wrong instead of taking responsibility. I can’t recommend this salon to anyone.
