Absolutely wonderful. Ms. Thu, the owner, helped me. It was pretty expensive but it felt worth it to me due to the great work and overall wonderful customer service. I was even offered wine to endure the time it would take for each individual strand of bleaching on top of already dyed hair (which takes longer to bleach) and due the thickness of my hair. I came in sort of knowing what I wanted and she took care of me. She gave me amazing suggestions with the ideas I had in mind and helped me choose a color and cut that would suit me best. She was understanding when I told her I was pretty low maintenance and wouldn’t be coming back to a salon to keep up with my balyage anytime soon, so she tried to do it in a way that wouldn’t look bad if it grew out. She gave me a color that would fade out to different colors eventually so it would look like I had different hair styles, if that makes sense. She was meticulous and made sure I was happy with her work. She was also an excellent conversationalist. She went so far as to give me advice on hair care to keep my hair healthy. I left 100% happy and amazed at her work. My hair even felt healthier.

I love Thu! It was my first time at this salon. It took a few rounds of bleach to get my hair how I wanted, and she wasn’t going to let me leave without it being just right! She even kept her salon open until 9pm so I could come after work. And she stayed even later than we planned just to make sure my hair was perfect. Then she even asked me to come in one more time to make sure I got my hair just right, with no extra charge! She’s very sweet and I’ve never had a hair stylist that cares so much about their clients and goes out of their way for them!

I absolutely love this place. The service is just great. All the hair stylists are super friendly and you can tell that they are all very passionate about hair and know what they’re doing. During my appointments, I was offered snacks and beverages. All the stylists do their best to make sure that you are happy and comfortable. I got my hair done by Thu and she did an amazing job! Words can’t even describe how in love with my hair I am. I’ve heard great things about this salon from my stepmom and Im glad that I went here to get my hair done. I went from a solid black, to an almost platinum blonde. Although it was quite a process, I am very happy with the results and recommend this place to anyone interested in getting something done to their hair!
