I highly recommend this salon to any and every one. Don’t let the older building facade fool you. The inside is sleek and modern with the best stylists Wilkes has to offer. I was born and raised in Wilkes, currently live in Raleigh (NC), and I make a special trip out here once every few months to see one particular stylist (Caitlin is the best, y’all) – if that tells you anything about the quality work that is done here. Trims, colors, styles, and nails; this place has it all.

Leah Romans Shores is an excellent stylist! I was visiting North Wilksboro and needed my hair trimmed. The result was of the same quality as the stylist I go to regularly in Wilmington NC. I have fine thin hair and she did an amazing and fast trim.
