Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis salon has absolutely the most rude staff and you can see why after dealing with the owner. From the very minute I walked into the salon and checked in I was greeted by a man who when I told him I had a appointment, the time of the appointment and with whom he had no idea. Said he wasn’t working when I made my appointment got the owner who had no idea about the appointment or who was working that took my appointment. I frankly was frustrated and stated so. At that point she raised her voice and became very defensive stating “ What do you want me to do!” At this point I am seriously annoyed and ask her to just stop because she wasn’t letting it rest. Instead of apologizing and trying to solve thhe problem!!!!! To top it off after I ask her to please Stop!!!! She proceeds in telling me to LEAVE!!’ I have never been so happy to leave an establishment because had I known I would have never wasted my time!!!’ I’m grateful I left because if this is how I’m greeted I’d hate to see how my hair would have turned out. I walked immediately one block and walked into Nature and Beauty salon and I was greeted by the most friendly receptionist who promptly had me with a stylist and offered me both water and wine!! The stylist was friendly, professional, and took time to listen to my requests and gave me a wonderful consultation. This salon has absolutely the most rude staff and you can see why after dealing with the owner. From the very minute I walked into the salon and checked in I was greeted by a man who when I told him I had a appointment, the time of the appointment and with whom he had no idea.
