Great shop with a great atmosphere. My stylist is Claudia. She’s been doing my hair for over 5 years now. She’s super talented. I’m always happy with how healthy and beautiful she keeps my hair. Whether you’re natural or relaxed, she can handle it. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. Also the owner of the shop has her own hair products. I’ve tried the edge control and it’s AMAZING. I purchased a jar to take with me.

She manage to find a perfect balance between professional and making you feel like family. She took her time and soothed my daughter ( not an easy task). I went to Francis for a trim based on reviews I found online and I was not disappointed. She understood that I wanted a very little amount Of hair trimmed and she wasn’t critical of my decision. She did a great job and advised me on how to move forward. Shes also very smart and funny and the conversation was cool! I will be back to see her and I highly recommend her!!
