Staff was nice, but the haircut was blatantly not what I asked for. I left the service with my hair still dripping wet, not even towel-dried. I know I didnt ask for a blow dry, but I had to pull a towel out of my own car so it wasn’t dripping down my back on the drive home. It was still clumping together because it was so soaked. I had to mention several times that certain pieces were still really long and ask to trim them to the same length. I came home and cut up my own hair in an effort to fix some of her mistakes. I was aiming for something like a pixie and she gave me a willy-wonka-style-bob. I’m probably going to go to another salon to hopefully get it fixed (and closer to what I wanted)
