Called ahead of time to ask if they did eyebrow threading as it stated online and the lady said yes we thread eyebrows and gave me directions. After I drive from Talladega to PellCity and make it to the salon the stylist notified me that they in fact do NOT do threading only waxing. Not want to make a big deal of it I say okay that’s fine, she then rudely says well I’m doing a color and I’m the only one here soooo…… I mean it’s gonna be a while. Terrible experience, wasted a trip based off false info they provided, & the customer service sucked. And the customer service was even worse. I wish I could give it no stars.
