Went here for my toddler’s first hair cut after looking around for recommendations for a while. Called and got an appointment the same day. We got Izzy and she did a fantastic job with my boy. Was very patient and kind. Facilities were also very nice. I would highly recommend! Hairstyling

A friend of mine had to reschedule her appointment due to having the flu. She was charged almost $200 for the cancelation. I understand cancelation fees, but this is absurd and gauging the customer. Bad business practice.

Critical: ProfessionalismThey gapped my sons hair up and didn’t make good on it. I let that go though and brushed it off as a mistake. Then they brought in a new hair dresser and I switched BC I liked her better. Well she switched salons and I moved with her. One day when the new hair dresser wasn’t available I called back to Salon 38 to schedule an appointment with the first hair dresser and she and the manager were rude to me refused to schedule me an appointment and bald faced lied and told me I missed my last scheduled appointment which I hadn’t and that’s why they were refusing me and my sons any future business. I wouldn’t recommend taking your dog here for a haircut. There are too many salons with polite professional hair dressers out there to be go to this unprofessional establishment. Well she switched salons and I moved with her. Isabella did my hair and It is one thick head of hair. I used my thinking sheers to thin it and almost turned myself into Billy Ray Cyris. But she fixed it without a lecture!! My hairs so think it gives me migraines.

This place is a joke and so is the Manager! Went there one time and the girl highlighting my hair had no idea what she was doing and had to get another person to help her come to find out she was a new Grad or recent Grad, she had my highlights orange and put wrong toner on hair to top it off and had my highlights grey when I left I even talked to the manager and he played the issue down saying oh this looks fine to me !! What a complete joke and did not even offer a discount or a simple apology for messing up my hair I forgot her name because I was so mad about this situation but she had short brown hair and it was a young girl . I believe her name was AMBER though. Please take my advice and stay clear of that place or at least this unprofessional lady!

The staff their do great work. Only negative is the location/parking. I find it difficult to turn into from hardy street when traffic is busy, and the parking lot hardly has room for two lanes for cars entering and exiting. Other than that, it’s a great place to get your hair done.

Normally great, but I was practically maimed last time I was there. I forget her name, but an older woman with blonde hair cut a section of my bangs super short, without making sure that was okay. And I think she has been working there for a while. Maybe she was in a rush or in a bad mood, but I honestly cried when I got home.
