2 stars when originally would have given 4. There were two male stylists who cut mine and my boyfriends hair, and the guy who cut ours styled it without asking and to top it off, he was too busy watching my boyfriends hair get cut by the other guy that he messed up my layers and styled it to hide it I’m assuming, then charged me for it, also making us feel that the hair wash was necessary, charging us for that too. $118 for 2 haircuts and they didn’t even look that good once the “style” was gone. Uneven and bleh.

I called for an appointment and you have to give a 50 dollar non refundable deposit however it does go towards your balance. When I arrived the place was empty and there were 2 male stylists hanging out. I got highlights and a haircut that was done Quickly. The total for highlights and haircut was $225. When I got home my family pointed out a big space right at the back was not highlighted so I called them to see if they would fix it. At first they wanted another 50 dollar deposit but after I asked why I would do that when the hair was not done properly she asked the manager who made an “exception” he put in a few foils in yet again an empty salon and told me it was perfect I tipped him again and went out with friends who pointed out my hair wasn’t highlighted in the back . The stylist was very nice giving me candyand lemonade telling me how beautiful I was……but it seem to be how they made up for a lack of time,effort and skills.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I have never had a worse customer service experience in my whole life. Like a few other reviews stated, they required me to put down a $50 deposit. When I showed up to my appointment, they notified me that my stylist (who I have seen a few times before this) no longer works there but they could have me see someone else. I said that I wasn’t comfortable seeing someone new at the time and they said my deposit couldn’t be refunded. I was caught off guard and confused so I just said I would come back another time. I called back many times trying to get my deposit back since this was their mistake and they continued to refuse. I recently spoke to the manager, Hiam. She was very unapologetic and extremely disrespectful to me. She refused to even try to work something out with me and of course refused to give me a refund. She was yelling over me our entire conversation, saying she did not have time to talk to me, and explaining how she did not want my business. I have never had a business speak to me so disrespectfully. I am a very understanding person and would appreciate any effort or apology given on their end, but I did not receive even the bare minimum of that. This salon does not value their customers hard earned money and does not deserve anyones time or business. Good customer service goes a long way in any business. Trust me, avoid this place.

I made an appointment last Wednesday and they asked me to deposit 50$. They told me that they would refund it after my appointment. It’s been 4 days now and I still did not get my refund. I will be complaining about this to my bank and get the refund. Very disappointed!

AVOID AT ALL COST! I would give 0 stars if I could for the ageism and the burglary my sister just received. My sister, who is a frequent customer made an online booking for style and hair, which according to Salon 360’s website states is priced at 40 dollars. When my sister went to her appointment, she told the hairstylist (Asma) that she would like waves. Asma proceeded to give her curls and not even a mirror, which my sister asked for, to see the final result. Once my sister reached the front desk, they charged her 75 dollars. Please look at the picture below and you can be the judge if that looks 75 dollars worthy. No sponge, No teasing, and no Extensions. The justification for the price? that my sisters hair was long. If this was the case why was there not an agreement of there being an up-charge before the stylist started? My mom had to talk to them about the ageism that my sister encountered causing them to lower the price to 65. This is not worth 65 dollars. Email me personally and I will give you a list of salons in the Dearborn area, and a picture of my sister from another salon, where she paid 65 dollars and received quality work on her hair as proof. This preying on an innocent 16 year old is disgusting and borderline abusive. This was not the first time my sister has came to the salon and for her to be treated like this infuriates me. If an agreement of an up-charge and quality work that equates to that up-charge was given, this review would have been completely different. If the work was worth the money we would pay, I have paid 300 dollars for my hair without blinking an eye due to good customer service and a job well done. This is just plain wrong, my sister is now crying instead of getting ready for a fun night at homecoming. Imagine this was your little sister, daughter, niece etc. Be the judge and decide if you would want to be the next ‘customer’ to endure this injustice.

Hashim did such a great job with my hair. I was nervous because either haven’t dyed my hair in 10+years, but he made me feel comfortable and it turned out amazing. I was even able to get a same day appointment. My hair looks so great! Highly recommend.

Thank you Jenna for such an amazing experience! I’m obsessed with my hair! Salon was very clean and a very beautiful set up. I came in for a cut color and style and she had me out within a very reasonable time. She made sure not to rush the appointment and take her time to make it look perfect and I really appreciated that, especially on a Friday. I will definitely be back!!!

Went here on a recommendation from my mother as I was visiting from Chicago. I needed an early appointment as it was my baby shower day. Right when I called they were accommodating. Even though they didn’t have a super early appointment, the receptionist said she would see if the owner Mona could come in early to take me. Within 2 minutes, Mona said she could and I am so glad I got her because I know her day was packed. I got a blow out with curls. My hair looked amazing, I was so pleased and received a ton of compliments. Mona is so friendly, down to earth and just an enjoyanle person to chat with. The salon is beautiful and prices were extremely affordable for the quality of work received. I’m confident any of their staff would have been great. I will be back and will highly recommend Salon 360 to friend & family. Thank you!!
