I came here for the first time and Lisa did an amazing job on my hair. She made my hair more vibrant, alive, and got it lighter which other salons have told me they couldn’t because of my natural dark hair but Lisa did wonderful. I definitely recommend others to go here.

I went in with left over home done covid hair and came out looking amazin. I had at least 4 in. of grays that needed to be covered as well. Winn was so nice and blended my hair back to a beautiful red and blond mix to cover my copper home covid boredom job. The price was good and exactly what she quoted me when I stopped in to ask what they could do. I will be back in 2 months for my touch ups and will have her redo my highlights right before my June wedding. Thanks Winn!!

The first time I got my hair done at this place was good not exactly what I wanted BUT it was nice , next time (re fresh color) I went I told her in this top section I don’t want that orange color in it again didn’t get what I wanted but still a Ok color . 3rd time i had enough I just wanted the right color I wanted from the beginning, so I showed a pic again she said I would have to bleach again she said my hair was still ok enough to bleach again . (Mind u I would have to spend my money again if I would have bleach the right level the first time I wouldn’t have had to ! ) well this time she bleached it wayyy to long because she was focusing on another person , so my hair started dripping ok ! Dripping it was melting ! And my hair has been falling out ever since , each wash just ripping out and each brush because of over bleaching. And I still didn’t get the color half my hair gone and she told me the next one would be free (a refresh on the color) (not bleach again) …… I went for my free refresh to still try to get at least a decent color to walk around in (not orange stilll!!!! ) and she keeps me waiting for OVER N HOUR and she tells me to come back and this is after half my hair falls from the over bleaching that I had to pay for for not getting it right the first time ….. ok and to top it off guys I WAS SO NICE ALL THE TIMES I WAS THERE ! EVEN THROUGH THIS WHOLE SITUATION I WAS ALWAYS SO NICE NEVER GOT CRAZY KAREN ON HER … I’ll leave it in gods hands or the universe ….I just wanted to share my experience

Horrible. You book an appointment with her, Show up and then she tells you she still has clients and to come back another day. What? Then she proceeds to say that if you TEXT her for an appointment that she doesn’t rely on it?? Huh? Why would you confirm my appointment then? Waste of time, take your money elsewhere.

Worst customer service ive ever experienced. When she opened the door, right away she was giving me this rude vibe. I told her I had an appointment and she was confused as if she didn’t know I was booked for this day. I called days before and out it on my calendar. I’m sat down by her because I have an appointment at three. And I’m waiting for about 20 minutes unattended. And then she starts working in someone else who doesn’t have an appointment. So I walked out. Both women who were working were rude. Expect to wait longer than your scheduled appointment time if you come here.

Critical: QualityI made an appointment to dye my hair the lady then had three other people she was working on knowing i had bleach in my hair. Had me sitting there for a long time the bleacg was itching me. The outcome came out nice at least for a week till my hair was fried & orangy instead of blonde. lf her letting it sit for to long. As a hairstylist u shouldn’t recommend to dye ur hair knowing ur going to damage hair completely she kept telling me how she does hair for years she knows all about it but the outcome didnt add up. Its been since april that i am healing my hair to get healthy. Lets just say she completely fried my hair and it just wasnt great especially if she charged me about 400 to get it dyed. Never again will i allow someone from this salon dye my hair. Okay I NEVER write reviews, but I felt this place needs all the praise! My hair was to the middle of my back, and I went very short, just above my shoulders because a previous ombre bleach dye from another salon destroyed the ends of my hair. I can’t tell you how perfect Tiffany cut my hair!! She suggested the way my hair to be cut that would better suit my face, and she even showed me how to style it!! This is literally the cutest hairstyle I’ve ever had!! Tiffany did an amazing job!! And I loved how much she cared to really give me good tips and advice. As long as salon 360 is there, I will go here for everything! You just can’t beat the quality these stylists give!
