The person that colored my hair left the salon and the salon rebooked me with someone else without letting me know. The person that I was rebooked with cancelled at the last minute (right before the holidays) and could/would not reschedule me until after the holidays. This salon is unreliable and I will not be going back.

Writing this review makes me super sad bc I was SO looking forward to trying this place. Yesenia made a mistake on my hair. I just needed a touch up and my ombre refreshed… Could have been an easy fix bc I just needed blonde ….but she wouldn’t own up to her mistake and instead was just super rude. I think she thought toning my hair would be enough but it needed color too. They wanted me to pay 200$ and then reschedule to fix it bc it “didn’t look that bad” and couldn’t give me a concrete time. I said I’d pay 1/2 now and pay the rest after the service was completed correctly and they started being super rude sayi g they dont want to fix my hair at all. I was very kind but clearly frustersted. Yesenia totally misunderstood what I asked for and I even provided pics that I’ll attach. You can see that she only applies blonde to the top half of my head and left the bottom brassy and ONLY toned it… honestly shouldn’t have offered them a dime for wasting my time (3hours) AND money on a sitter… I think the stylists are talented but very immature and rude when THEY make a mistake…so customer service is trash here. I ended up going somewhere else to fix it. Don’t reccomend coming in for color. Honestly go somewhere where the staff have integrity. Makes a world of difference.
