I went to Salon 36 a few weeks ago as a new client. My requested service was a haircut. I described my hair as “heavy” and said “it needed to be cleaned up”. I was looking for a bit of a lift (cut) for the summer. There was a half inch trimmed from my ends. When I questioned the cut, I was told that they didn’t want “to take too much off the 1st time”. I was charged $50., and they offered me to come back another day. I honestly don’t have that kind of free time. I left very upset & felt ripped off.
