Went with my friend today to get her hair done. She has been saving to do something nice for herself. She had a plan for what she wanted. Had the style and color picked out and made sure heather knew it ahead of time and was fully aware of how thick her hair was. And yes it’s thick. She was told it would be $65 for what she wanted even with the chance she would need to use extra product. Halfway through her appt she was told since she had to use extra product the price was now going to be $160!!! So at the end of the appt, 6 hours later (and no it should not have taken that long) her hair was nothing like what she wanted it to be. She was heartbroken and ready to fully break down. She was offered a $20 discount and a free highlight session after it was made known how upset she was with her hair session. We will never be visiting hair by heather ever again!!

I will never come here again! I had heather she was very unprofessional and rude. I think there was more product on the floor than my hair and honestly was probably a good thing she completely fried my healthy hair and she has no confidence in any of her work, which made me very uncomfortable. I left with my hair being bleached twice a burnt scalp and very brittle and yellow! I would’ve rather her say she wasn’t comfortable doing my hair, instead of her being very disrespectful towards my grandmother trying to help me get a refund to get my hair fixed by a professional. 100% would not recommend. Still never received a refund.

Probably the worst hair biolage I’ve had done by H :(lol but I don’t blame salon or other stylist it was the older gal who didn’t know what she was doing and my hair got fried. So bad review for her not salon then she ignored my txt message to fix it very upset but it’s all good now!. Balayage
