Critical: ProfessionalismThey never answer their phone, tried for two days to reach someone! So, I walked in to ask for an appointment, the woman doing nails was very rude! Looked at me and didn’t even get up to greet me. With sarcasm in her voice asked what I wanted, I said an appointment for my hair! She said have you gone anywhere else? I replied yes but was not happy, she then said WELL we aren’t taking any new clients! Didn’t even say sorry or recommend anything! Guess, they DON’T NEED MY MONEY!! And I DON’T NEED THEIR IGNORANCE!
