I scheduled an appointment two separate times. The first time, I was called ten min before my apt and it was cancelled. Today was the second try. I walked in and was told by a very rude woman that my stylist wasn’t gonna make it. I explained that I rearranged my entire schedule to get in here after the first cancellation and asked if she could assist me with hair color. I was told that no, she couldn’t help me as she had a hair weave to do that was more profitable than my single color. I’ve heard a lot of negativity about this place and against my better judgement tried it out anyway twice….. I’ll never come back and I’ll make sure and tell everyone I know how rude and flaky these people are. Especially if you’re “only getting an all over color”.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSandy Reedy is fabulous!Best permanent I’ve had in a couple of years and, just recently, a terrific hair cut on that perm…she listened to my wishes for a curly perm and to leave it a pinch long…then, this cut, took just the right amount off…I got complemented at my next stops…Not only technically excellent, but a super nice woman too…I’d commented on the Alsea bridge and the gorgeous bridges along the coast….she hunted up a picture I her phone of the new and old Alsea bridges so I could see them size by side…Sandy is a gem. I was hesitant at first, I’ve used a couple of hair stylist on the coast and am always disappointed. However, Maria was absolutely wonderful! She not only worked around my schedule but she made me feel right at home from the second that I walked in the door. She knew exactly what I wanted and did a great job! So happy that I FINALLY found a great stylist close to home. Highly recommend her!

I called last week and spoke to Sandy. I set up an appointment and had to change the time due to a prior engagement. Sandy was very nice and accommodating. In which I truly appreciate that and it showed she was willing and wanting to work with me. I got my eyebrows waxed (for the first time). I would always get my eyebrows threaded. Anywho, I stopped by on Wednesday at 8:08 a.m. since I had set up an appointment. Sandy greeted right when I walked in with a smile on her face. Through the process of being waxed she made sure to ask if I was okay. (I’m not going to lie , I was a little hesitant as to whether I wanted to have my eyebrows waxed). It was a pleasant first experience and it didn’t hurt at all. I also got a hair cut and she did a great job. I had a good experience. Exceptional customer service, patient and sweet lady (Sandy). P.s I recommend you call to set up an appointment, since they seem to get booked pretty quick. Oh, I almost forgot. Sandy only accepts cash, thankfully I had cash. I don’t know about the other ladies.

Everyone there was friendly and fun to chat with. Very comfortable atmosphere and they know how to cut hair just the way you want it, especially curly hair. Not many hairdressers really know how to cut curly hair. So, if you do have curly hair then this is the place to go.
