I got a full deluxe pedicure with Samantha for the first time yesterday and it was amazing. 2 hours of complete pampering and my toe nails are beautiful and summer fun! The products she used were very high quality and felt amazing on my skin. The rest of my body was jealous of my legs! I highly recommend checking it out!! They are an awesome choice over some of the other places in Oak Ridge that are packed with people. Salon 327 is quiet and relaxing! This will be my new go to place for my pedicures!!

Words cannot even describe how the outcome of the service given to me at Salon 327 was so much better than anticipated. From the moment of me making a call to get the appointment, to Kelsey’s professionalism, to the checkout process, I will make Salon 327 my go to salon forever. Kelsey asked the correct questions, is very knowledgeable, and very detailed on her work. Kelsey outdid herself. I am very happy with my new look thanks to Kelsey. So…I hadn’t had my hair cut in 7 months. It was cut in a blunt bob before, which I loved. But after 7 months, obviously, it was *very* grown out. I saw Katie today, and this time, I still wanted a blunt bob (around the bottom of my chin; I showed her pictures), except with adding a long-ish curtain bang. She absolutely *nailed* it. I am beyond happy with my hair! ☺️

I made an appointment to get a haircut and when I made the appointment I told them that this was to correct a haircut that was done wrong and I had to wait 6 months to get it corrected because it was too short to cut. I was also getting my hair done for a special event….my mother’s memorial service. Well, I had an appointment with Kelsey to get a pixie cut. Keep in mind, I told the person who booked the appointment the type of haircut I wanted she set it with Kelsey. When I told Kelsey the type of haircut I wanted she informed me she didn’t know how to do pixie cuts. It was too late to go somewhere else and told her to try. I showed her a picture and she ruined my hair. I mean I have no bangs and my hair looks awful. I paid for something and now I’m embarrassed to go out in public. Especially to my mother’s memorial service and around family who hasn’t seen in years. This was not worth the money I paid. I wish I could get my money back. I will not be returning.

My previous barber and hair stylist passed away several years ago and I tried several stylist but I didn’t like their finished product. I have finally decided to use Mike as my barber/stylist.
