Rude! Stylist said she wouldn’t bleach my hair for color, which is fine except she didn’t offer any solutions at all. Just said no I’m not doing that. The only solution she gave me was to walk out. I think if you’re queer you should skip these people and go somewhere else. Haircut

Critical: ProfessionalismGet a a receptionist with manners. My husband called to see if there were any chance he could get a next day appointment. He got LAUGHED AT and HUNG UP ON. His grandmother’s funeral was that weekend and he was only checking because he wanted to look nice. Sometimes there are cancelations, you never know. There is no reason to laugh at your customers and be rude. A simple, “sorry we’re booked, would another time work?” Would suffice. Get a a receptionist with manners. My husband called to see if there were any chance he could get a next day appointment. He got LAUGHED AT and HUNG UP ON. His grandmother’s funeral was that weekend and he was only checking because he wanted to look nice. Sometimes there are cancelations, you never know. My stylist, Michael gets 100 stars! I have a son living with autism, and he doesn’t like anyone other than myself to touch his head. Michael did his hair recently, and of course the cut was masterful, but Michael also had my son so at ease I thought he was going to fall asleep in the chair. That wasn’t all either, my son allowed Michael to style his hair with gel after! Since then, my son has asked me to do his hair before school everyday!

My husband and I have been getting our haircut at Salon 323 for 5 years, Our daughter makes an appointment every time she comes back in town because its nice to come out with the cut you wanted or an amazing new idea from any one stylist in the Salon. They all work together as a team, share ideas, give there opinion. Nice to have so many different ideas to choose from. Depending on which stylist u get most of them do a great job. Prices have flucuated each time i have been there for the same thing though. That is tbe one thing i am leary about.
