Critical: QualityI went to Salon 316 for eye lash extensions. I paid full price, a $20 tip, and a fill in was included. I was told they use Novalash. Once I got home and looked in my bathroom mirror, I realized these were not right. They were all over the place, going in all different directions( even after brushing them), my eyes didn’t even match, there were random long extensions here and there. I texted the owner to get me back in to fix them. She added more and cut them shorter to even them out. I got home and they still weren’t right and my eyes were starting to hurt.I ended up going to another place that was highly recommended for lash extensions. She had to remove the lashes that were on there, and informed me that my eyes were hurting because several lashes were attached to one extension. I already had damage to some of my natural lashes at this point. I found out that they were all over the place because they weren’t properly placed. The lash extensions that she removed were stick straight and felt like plastic…they were even hard to the touch. So, now I had to pay for this other person to fix the shoddy work. She fixed them the best she could, my lashes are now full, soft, and evened out. I will continue to go to the new person because the lashes she did were exactly what I expected them to look and feel like and she’s keeping the integrity of my lashes in mind.I reached out to the owner at Salon 316, as I still had a fill in with her. She didn’t offer to make anything right, and said she was sorry, that I didn’t like the Novalash technique. That was it, nothing else. Very disappointed in her response. I will never go back and will never refer anyone to go to this salon for lash extensions.
