They are really good with their blondes! They know exactly how to tone to my liking. I also always appreciate how flexible they are with my schedule. Went here a few months ago to get my outgrown roots taken care of. Was looking for a professional look because I have a desk job working with clients. Walked out almost in tears because my hair was so overtoned that my bangs and other patches in my hair where a pastel blue. Hoped it would fade after a few washes but ended up having to box dying over it.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI decided to go with this salon due to the reviews and ratings. I got my hair done on May 8th with Annmarie; cut and colored. After she added colored my hair, I was told to sit in the hair drying chair with foils and plastic wrap in my hair, in which she stated it was her first using. I sat for about 3-5 mins and the back of my head starts burning. She was gone during the time this had happened. I pretty much left the salon with a really bad burn. For the price I paid, it was NOT worth it. ‘Til this day, my the back of my head is still in a lot of pain. Love this salon! The owner, Chris, wrangled my stubborn greys and Leah gave me a fabulous cut! It was my first time there. I found it easy to get to, parking was a breeze, I was greeted with a smile, they listened to my wants/needs and made me feel and look amazing! Can’t wait to go back. Love that they sell a natural hair care line based out of River Falls! #supportlocal!
