I came to this nail salon because it had good reviews & it was not as busy as some of the other ones in town but now I think I see why! The female owner was extremely rude, seemed like she may have been irritated & ready to go home (it was about 45 minutes until they closed) but with this mind I asked for something extremely simple (dip powder with a cheetah design on one nail) & even after explaining it around 4 times (bc she kept forgetting what I had asked for) with example pictures she still did not deliver & rushed through the job. Maybe she was having a bad day but that still doesn’t excuse bad service for paying customers! The only redeeming part about this visit was her husband who was very polite & pleasant but aside from him, that was my first & will be my last time going to that place!

my mom & I went for just pedicures this morning. owner was very pleasant, got the foot baths set up & running & we soaked. mom’s technician came in a few minutes later, young woman, very pleasant & good. my technician came in a few minutes after that, older woman, put on USED gloves & got going. not sure if tools were clean or sanitized… she didn’t do a real good job on my cuticles, and kept going o er my arches when I asked her not to (severely ticklish so not pleasant). she was done with me before my mkm, and she came in later. she then started on other women’s feet USING THE SAME GLOVES & DIRTY TOOLS. not going back

They do an awesome job with every aspect of the services they offer. They have a friendly attitude and all around great group of employees. I would give them 50 stars if it had it. I have used ms kim and her staff several times and have went out feeling more confident about my nails. They do an awesome job with every aspect of the services they offer. They have a friendly attitude and all around great group of employees. I would give them 50 stars if it had it. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anybody. Pay them a visit and see for yourself.

The first time I came to this salon I met Mr. Lee. I was getting my niece’s nail done for her birthday & that was a wonderful experience that is worth 5 stars! The second time I came(to get mine done)I had a different tech. I didn’t get his name, (it was about 2pm on a Thursday)he asked me questions about how many kids I had & if I was married & then proceeded to judge me for not being married. He then asked about where I usually get my nails done & when I told him he trash talked the other salon. I didn’t like his negativity & he was extremely judgmental. He did get my shape right for my nails but the design I requested was nothing like what I got. It looked awful.

It was easy to get an appointment, and they take walk-ins too. Kim, the owner, does my nails and I love her. Their prices are very reasonable. I have looked all over town and this the only place I’d recommend to get your nails done!
