I got married last weekend, and Kaylen did my hair and Kelsey did my makeup. They were incredible! My hair and makeup held up for the whole night and I cried and danced a lot, so I was very impressed. My bridesmaids also had their hair done for the wedding and they looked amazing and were very happy with the outcome. We also had manicures done and the technicians were all so nice and our nails looked great!

Had a facial done by Jenna and a Swedish deep tissue massage by Simone. Both were absolutely amazing, attentive, and kind! I left there feeling the most relaxed I’ve felt in years. Absolutely AWFUL! Long review, but worth the read! This was my fist experience at this salon and would NOT recommend! Was with our entire bridal party. Upon arrival was told my appointment had to be moved back 45 min, due to “a lot of staff members quitting ” . I was there for airbrush make up and hair. The makeup was horrific, I paid for airbrush and a lash application, the only thing done with airbrush was an uneven sheer foundation, my eyes were glued SHUT and then something was used to get them open causing my eyes to water and hurt for hours! I was asked to apply own liner, and mascara as well as”second coat of lip gloss” My eyebrows were totally different shapes and I looked so bad! My daughters artist told us she couldn’t finish her makeup because our time was up. She only had foundation and bronzer on! I speak for all 6 of us, who had to leave the salon in a rush to go elsewhere to have all of that fixed. During our makeup application the stylist was stating she was still high (on mushrooms)and drunk from the night before. So SO unprofessional. Moving on to hair, another YIKES! We all came with photos of what we hoped to have done and it was all a disaster! After the stylist finished a few of us had asked politely for a few “tweaks ” and were given huge attitude. We all spent a significant amount of money and hated everything. After our experience I decided to call the salon manager to see what could be done, I was told they would try to figure something out. Needless to say there was no refund or any offer to help rectify our horrible experience here. I was hesitate to write a review but would feel awful if anyone else had to go through any of this on their big day!

Thee best massage I ever had!! I had the hour hot stone massage, and I added the CBD lotion for a extra fee, I felt relaxed mind, body and soul for two days, Karen Green is the best, hands down!! The place itself is so beautiful especially with the Christmas decor, I felt like I was out of town I will be a repeat customer.

Had a massage, worst one ever in my life. I will not be back. My muscles were so sore you couldn’t touch my shoulders for 3 days! I have had great facials and and trims here for years, but this was a disaster. The environment was pleasant, otherwise would have given 0 stars

Very happy with the services and atmosphere. Laura did an awesome job with my haircut, Jenna is WONDERFUL with the hydrafacial — I was falling asleep on the table, and Simone gives an AMAZING Swedish deep tissue massage –she found every sore spot that needed to be worked over!
