Critical: ProfessionalismI don’t know about the quality of the salon, but their professionalism and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I called on a Thursday morning for an appointment for simple haircut. The lady seemed puzzled, then said there are only 2 of us here and asked me to call back in the afternoon. I tried again around noon the following Friday, asked for an appointment, and was placed on hold. After 10 minutes on hold, I just hung up. I don’t know about the quality of the salon, but their professionalism and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I called on a Thursday morning for an appointment for simple haircut. The lady seemed puzzled, then said there are only 2 of us here and asked me to call back in the afternoon.
