Asked for layers while keeping the length. Amy ended up taking off more than that. I was upset. Big deal. I’ll get over it. I called, crying I might add, and they would give me a refund. That’s awesome! Thank you. But when a business sends my private cell number to their employee to have her call me on her day off to proceed to scold me and tell me “I’ve been doing hair for thirty years, you miscommunicated it,” even though I made my request clear. And then she has the audacity to tell me “I’m not in today, I want you to come in tomorrow so I can see your hair and this ‘before and after’ picture you keep talking about.”
