This is my favorite place and I am going to tell you why. The space is really well set – extremely spacious, airy and clean. Whoever works there is very professional and nice. The main girl for me is WENDY, who is is an excellent massage therapist and just a sweet heart ❤️ If you are a fan of deep tissue, just run to her. She is the reason of this review. I also got a great hair color by Lana. Manicurists, Masha, Maria etc are also super professional.

Horrible experience! Worst foot massage of my life and the manicure was poorly done. When I called to complain, I was met with an unprofessional receptionist that told me she “didn’t have time to hear my complaint and had nails to do”. Also, the owner is as equally unfriendly and should not be in the service industry with customer service like this.

I sent the ladies in my family there and they absolutely loved the experience. The staff was so helpful and accommodating, and they were able to take advantage of the tanning beds in the back! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a good gift option.

Had a manicure here and the broken nail they “fixed” broke again even before the manicure was done. I paid extra $4 for long lasting nail polish – it was chipping 4 days later. Also, a terrible job was done with my cuticles – the lady basically pretended to work on them. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I highly recommend not going to this salon. The quality is very poor and the owner was unwilling to do anything about the poor manicure my girlfriend and her friend received. After speaking with multiple people, including the owner, we were met with unprofessionalism and an unwillingness to do anything about the situation.

Well priced great beds. No frills tanning. Easy as 1, 2, 3…that’s your choices. Staff doesn’t try to sell you or pester you with a million questions. Highly recommend, especially since there no place else down here in FiDi.
