I’m obviously a male, and the only male hairdresser in this salon was the only one working at that time on that day(First Monday weekend). It is by far the best haircut I’ve ever had. He was such a professional as both a stylist and who he represented(Salon 243). And yes, I will write his name down in my Contacts on my phone as to never forget his name again. Salon 243, you should be proud to have this man representing your company the way he did. Whatever he’s being paid for his services as a stylist is not nearly enough. I publicly apologize for forgetting your name, I am so sorry for that. No, I’m not related to this man and he truly deserves the complinents I can give him….Will(High Fade with a #2)

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy friend and I had scheduled an appt with a different salon and when we arrived at the other salon, they told me they couldn’t do the style I wanted (even though I had sent them pics the day before). I hadn’t been to a salon in 10 years from not having good previous experiences. I had been cutting my own hair. So my friend and I drove to this salon after walking out of the other one. They scheduled an appt for us the same day (today). We both had cut and color. Mine was short with a balayage and hers was one color but very long. My hair turned out so much better than I pictured and hers is absolutely beautiful as well. Both of us were extremely happy with our hair. The ladies were very down to earth and extremely friendly. I felt very comfortable with everyone in there and was able to communicate openly with what was going on and what I wanted. I will definitely not be waiting 10 years to go back to a salon. I will get my hair done every single time at this salon (no more home cuts for me). Critical: QualityWent in for the first time to get a simple trim and I came out with a cut that’s not even close to being even, some pieces are way longer than others, very noticeable, it just looks absolutely horrible. I don’t want to call her out by name but she was super sweet, but she needs to practice more before she cuts anyone else’s hair.

Shiloh is great. She listens to me and definitely understands how to go slow because I’m one that has salon chair panic attacks. She’s patient and great with color. Knows how to handle curly hair, which is a huge bonus!

I desperately needed a new place to get my hair cut and thankfully I seen all the great reviews about Salon 243. I was a little nervous with making a change but so very happy I did. Lauren is so awesome, she listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable, she took her time and created exactly the kind of cut I wanted. So so happy and thankful I have a new stylist. I booked an appointment for my wedding for 8 people. A stylist here was sooooo rude, yelled at me telling me that my deposit was non refundable and she could refuse service just because she wanted to. She took 60 minutes on each persons hair. It was awful! There is no reason you should treat someone like that, especially not on their wedding day!! I cannot believe this!!! It’s crazy that people just don’t know how to run a business. Don’t go here EVER!!! Spare yourself the trouble. I’d rather have done my hair myself and in fact did end up doing it myself.

I had been coming here for the past few years to the same girl. She grew to know me and what I wanted, which was nice. Though the last few times were awful. I had scheduled a color & trim, to boost the ole hair up some but left with a mess. I ended up having to come back in the next day because it was too brassy after I said I wanted ash tones. She toned it down, but that still didn’t fix the problem. Needless to say I finally had to cut the string and find a new hair stylist. Then come to find out when I went to the new stylist she informed me that my hair was cut very crooked.
