My new stylist Kim is great! I took a chance on going to salon 22 because I seen the sign natural hair so I went in. She took her time she educated myself along with my mother and cousin as they got their hair done also. We loved everything about Kim and her hair care. Salon 22 is now under new management and they have Petersburg’s most talented beautician/stylist Kim who can do any style that you can think of. Me personally, I’m a pixie girl, and she is a master with the razor comb and scissors. I received compliments left and right on the great job she did. Unfortunately I relocated to GA so I can’t be blessed with Kim’s talents on a regular basis but when I travel to VA she is definitely one of the first calls I make. I also love her new location. I reached out yesterday to see if they do tapered cuts and was in the chair this morning. Ms. Lillie is a Godsend. I felt positive vibes as soon as I walked through the door and she made me feel like family. She styled my hair perfectly and ensured I was satisfied before I left the chair. The staff were friendly. Nice atmosphere. I received an awesome wash, nice trim , and a decent flat iron here… HOWEVER, when it came time to pay- I was charged $45 not to include tip! I pretty much got over charged $15. I don’t plan on going back.
