I came here with my bridal party for our wedding styles. The staff was very accommodating and Leslie made sure I left satisfied with a style that lasted all evening. Critical: ProfessionalismTarrah was very unprofessional and rude to me. When I didn’t want to double process my hair at her suggestion yet again (nickels and dimes you) and only wanted my highlights toned again because they faded from her service from 2 weeks prior…she got mad at me and wouldn’t talk to me the whole time I was there. When I tried to explain what I wanted ..she stopped me and said..I know what you want. I had just gotten my haircut from 2 weeks prior as well and she acted like I was jipping her out of money so she cut my hair again. It was not what I wanted..its what she wanted. Then after I tipped her 10.00 she proceeded to tell me to go to someone else since I’m not happy with what SHE wants to do to my hair. Unbelievable! She has issues..see someome else if you go to this salon. Critical: CleanlinessTara, my stylist, does an excellent job, but I’m going to cancel future appointment. COVID19 prevention is nonexistent. Tara wore a mask at my insistence, but no one else did. Sanitizing chairs, etc., was haphazard. No sanitized pens were available at the check-out counter. A stylist came over to talk to Tara and I had to ask her to stand back 6 feet since she didn’t have a mask. Stylists were talking loudly over the sound of hair dryers, and hair dryers were waved about without regard to spreading any possible viruses. Not a safe place to go to if you’re in a vulnerable category. I came into get my eyebrows done. Usually I have no problem with the salon I have gone to it many times in the past and I have never had a problem but I went today and to say I’m mad is an understatement. My eyebrows are now uneven, the women left wax and pulled hair all over my face, she missed patches of hair so when I took a good look I realized that I needed to go back over her job. I didn’t pay money for this result. Very upset!!!!

Pretty good, had to get my hair done for my mom’s wedding reception. Hair looked great, it took like a half hour to get in after our appointment time but ended up getting done earlier so it was a win win.
