Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityTomorrow is my birthday and I wanted a fresh new look. I decided to give 210 Salon a try. I called the day of and got a appointment. I asked for a women’s haircut layers style and blowout dry. My hair tech Alex took his time, and perfected my hair. The cut is clean, light, and full of body. The workers were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Alex appeared very knowledgeable with experience. Tomorrow is my birthday and I wanted a fresh new look. I decided to give 210 Salon a try. I called the day of and got a appointment. I asked for a women’s haircut layers style and blowout dry. My hair tech Alex took his time, and perfected my hair. The cut is clean, light, and full of body. The workers were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Critical: Quality, ValueMy fiance was trying to stay local and support local businesses, she went to salon 210 thinking they would do a good job and the price giving for the service she wanted was fair , she ended up given them the business. Well the staff was friendly and professional but they ruin her hair. The style she wanted she didn’t get, the coloring was awful and it look like a begginer hair dresser did her hair, I am truly upset seeing my fiance upset, waste of money I do not recommend. She says she will never ever going there again. My fiance was trying to stay local and support local businesses, she went to salon 210 thinking they would do a good job and the price giving for the service she wanted was fair , she ended up given them the business. Well the staff was friendly and professional but they ruin her hair. Critical: ValueI really want to give this place NO stars. Besides how expensive they are, they have 2-3 people working on your hair in which at the end you have to give everyone a tip. And half of the staff doesn’t speak English.The place is very nice and clean. But their prices are way too high and their job is not great.After being there for about 4 hrs , and paying $260 not including tip, my hair ended up fried from so much bleach. And the lady that blow dried my hair did a horrible job.The previews owners had a better staff.I really want to give this place NO stars. The salon is beautiful, well structured and they use the best products to take care of your hair. Daniel, my stylist is an expert in color. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an extremely specific vision in mind and from the first moment I messaged the business on Facebook to saying our goodbyes, I was handled courteously, warmly, professionally and with true hospitality the entire way. The color I was trying to achieve has historically been difficult to impossible for me. Tony looked at my hair for about twelve seconds then decided he was ready to rock— diving into the job with confidence, yet humility. I was stuck in the salon for several hours due to the nature of my dye job but the friendly, funny and attentive staff made the time breeze by offering coffee, conversation and great ancillary services like a mani-pedi and eyebrow waxing. I actually went for the wax as well and it was quick, clean and not overly done like some mall nail salons will often do. I was utterly stunned by the final result, they’d gotten the color well beyond what I had hoped for. In the chair, I admit I was a bit nervous tallying up the assumed cost of my multiple gallons of lift and toner, the stylish cut itself, the wax etcetera so I cannot overstate how extremely impressed that all these incredible services and painstaking labor cost me UNDER $200. I had an extremely specific vision in mind and from the first moment I messaged the business on Facebook to saying our goodbyes, I was handled courteously, warmly, professionally and with true hospitality the entire way.
