I gave one star because I had to! Kayla is the absolute worst!! She has no customer service skills at all, she never done mine or my daughters hair correctly!! And to add to it she was arguing with my 15 year old daughter on Facebook!! And got caught talking about me & my daughter in law by another client which got back to me! Be careful around her!!
