Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueJess performed wonders! I am traveling across the US this year and had my hair done by a stylist I was unfamiliar with. She did her best, but was unable to achieve the results I was looking for. In fact, I ended up with wide, yellow streaks in the color and the cut was not what I was looking for either. Anyway, I came to Jess to correct the issue on our way thru Buffalo. 202 Salon got me in on the one and only day I would be in town, and Jess took her time to make sure she understood exactly what I was looking for. Then she took her time making sure that’s exactly what I got! I could NOT be HAPPIER! Her technique was fantastic and I feel proud to sport my new do!
