Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIm new the Reno area and tried this place because of its central location and good reviews and was not disappointed. Bertha cut my hair and did a fantastic job. She takes the time to see how your hair grows and what kind of hair type you have, she’s definitely talented at what she does, I will definitely be a regular. Also other staff were extremely friendly and took me as a walk in(I still called ahead first to make sure they could make it work). The Salon is also very clean. Im new the Reno area and tried this place because of its central location and good reviews and was not disappointed. Bertha cut my hair and did a fantastic job. She takes the time to see how your hair grows and what kind of hair type you have, she’s definitely talented at what she does, I will definitely be a regular. Critical: Quality, ValueThe highlighting in my hair looked ok after the stylist redid it (It came out very copper, my hair already had blonde in it). The layers she put in my hair look like I have one layer that’s 4 inches shorter that the rest, and only on one side, then cheap straggly extensions for the other layer. I will have to wear my hair half up half down for the next year for it to look decent again. She quickly curled it so I would see how bad it really was. The highlighting in my hair looked ok after the stylist redid it (It came out very copper, my hair already had blonde in it). The layers she put in my hair look like I have one layer that’s 4 inches shorter that the rest, and only on one side, then cheap straggly extensions for the other layer.
