I work nearby this salon and encountered a disgruntled stylist. I don’t know her name but I’m sure she’ll answer to Karen. I can’t tell you if the business itself is good or not because I’ve never been a customer. Due to Karen’s condescending demeanor and childish behavior towards me regarding a parking spot, I will never be a customer there. Which is sad because when I find a stylist I like, I’m very loyal to them. I resolved the issue regarding the parking spot with the customer, but Karen felt it was necessary to continue to harass me. Karen went out of her way in an attempt to get me in trouble with my employer. That old saying comes to mind “misery loves company”. Its too bad that she dosen’t choose to “catch more bees with honey”. Had Karen handled this situation differently, I wouldn’t be writing a review advising people not to go here. I hope she isn’t the person in charge (at Salon 18 Suites in Apple Valley suite 201) because if that’s how she runs an establishment, I’m surprised that business survived COVID. If you happen to be reading this Karen, just know that I’ll be praying for you. God dosen’t like ugly.

Got my eyebrows done at Opulent Beauty by Susana Duarte and she is THE BEST!! She is a pleasure to talk to, is super aware to make it as painless as possible, and does AMAZING brows. I keep getting complimented on them!! I have zero makeup on in the photo.

Michelle at Salon Muse did my hair and didn’t do it how I asked and then charged me to fix her mistake when I brought it to her attention. She also charged me for a balayage when I got a full highlight and cut my hair unevenly. Michelle completely ripped me off and I definitely don’t recommend her and will never go back again.
