Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in with super low confidence after getting a cut from somewhere else and was super nervous but Amy was so welcoming and worked with me to leave me feeling super confident and cared about that I now will only be going to her for anything related to my hair. Not only does the staff really care about their clients, the place is gorgeous and the prices are so unbelievably affordable that you don’t have to feel guilty for wanting to pamper yourself. I went in with super low confidence after getting a cut from somewhere else and was super nervous but Amy was so welcoming and worked with me to leave me feeling super confident and cared about that I now will only be going to her for anything related to my hair. She did a great job, was extremely meticulous and handled my hair with care. She was very patient and made sure everything I asked was done with absolute perfection. Critical: ProfessionalismIn this time it’s ridiculous that you can’t make an appointment. Apparently this salon doesn’t want me business they just want returning business as their messages say to contact your stylist. If you don’t have a stylist this becomes difficult. Messages can not be left on the recording, no instructions about how to get ahold is a stylist. When I did Facebook message asking for an appointment, the message was returned several days later with just a simple sorry we don’t have an appointment. In this time it’s ridiculous that you can’t make an appointment. Apparently this salon doesn’t want me business they just want returning business as their messages say to contact your stylist. If you don’t have a stylist this becomes difficult. Messages can not be left on the recording, no instructions about how to get ahold is a stylist. I’ve trimmed my own hair for 7 years, but I wanted a change and wanted to chop off my long hair. When I described it to Devon, he understood exactly what I wanted and it turned out perfectly. He made it a fun experience that exceeded my expectations. I’ve gotten so many compliments on the cut already. I will definitely keep coming here as long as I live in Indiana!Wow!! Wow!! Greatest haircutting experience I’ve ever had. I’ve trimmed my own hair for 7 years, but I wanted a change and wanted to chop off my long hair. When I described it to Devon, he understood exactly what I wanted and it turned out perfectly. He made it a fun experience that exceeded my expectations.
