Shelly does a fantastic job! I’ve heard everyone there though does a great job and is awesome. She does mine, my husband’s, and my son’s hair. I just happened to go there while moving here. I mentioned it to my realtor and she said let me guess you went to Salon 17? She said that’s the place to go! 🙂

I had a great experience at Salon 17. The style bug bit me and I wanted a haircut pronto. I saw this salon while driving and pulled in and I was able to get an appointment same day with Danielle. She was great! I showed her a picture of what I was wanting to do and she hit the nail on the head. I have already scheduled another appointment for myself as well as my daughter. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Very friendly and affordable.

I went to this salon because there were many good recommendations for the stylist Laura on Google. She showed me that my current cut was uneven in the back, which it was, but here’s the irony… when I left her salon my hair was even more noticeably uneven in the front. The right side definitely longer than the left. The bangs were just ridiculous. I came home and cut them myself. She also did a color. I wear extensions occasionally so I took them in so a she could match them. While the color on its own is fine, when I put the extensions in, my own hair looks incredibly ashy (read GREEN). IMO, she’s not a bad stylist, but she clearly wanted to get the hell out of there. (I think she wanted to go to a ball game she couldn’t stop talking about). But if she didn’t want to work that late, she shouldn’t have scheduled clients that late. It’s unprofessional to be in a rush and do a really bad job.

I sent my daughter to the salon to get her hair done it was suppose to be a color change like a ombre but there is another word for it and I spent 100.00 on it when I got home from work it doesn’t even look like nothing was done the only thing I could see was her hair looked shinier. I am a very unhappy mother.
