Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityDanielle is such an amazing miracle worker. I have grey hair (which she helped me grow out for the last two years ) is very knowledgeable and explains everything in great detail . I sit in her chair with the confidence that she will do her magic I don’t even tell her what to do anymore she just knows and I have never been disappointed. She put on a collagen treatment and my hair looks amazing no frizz and so sleek and shiny. The hair cut is above and beyond what I expected. I have never been disappointed. She is such an asset to the salon and the owner is very particular about who she hires she truly only hires the best. Thank you Danielle for always taking such good care of me and for all the wonderful conversations. I will follow you wherever you go. By the way this salon is beautiful and so exceptionally clean and the prices are amazing. I love the fact that Danielle always has a long term plan for my hair and offers to do anything to let you come back if you need any little changes if you see something you want tweaked. Danielle is such an amazing miracle worker. I have grey hair (which she helped me grow out for the last two years ) is very knowledgeable and explains everything in great detail . Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis was my worst experience with this Salon. I checked the application and made an appointment through it since they advertise it through their Instagram. I booked a 10:30 am appointment for my eyebrows and 11:45 am for a haircut with Danielle because these were the only available time. I arrived on time at 10:30 am and no one acknowledged me at all. I waited to talk to someone after I checked in then after I said something to one of the ladies, Danielle came and asked me if I could come back at 11:45 am to do both services since their is a gab. She mentioned that someone was suppose to call me in the morning to let me know but no one did. I was disappointed to hear that as my first impression but I understood and said okay to come back. Then I showed up on time foe my 11:45am and again no one acknowledged me. She was working on someone’s hair so I waited. Again no acknowledgement at all. I waited for 15 mins then I asked one of the ladies who was assisting a customer at the front desk, how long the wait will be and she told me she will check with Danielle. She came back and told me she couldn’t find her but she texted her. I waited for another 10 minutes and I saw Danielle come back to see the customer she was working on and again did not acknowledge me at all or said anything about the wait. I was sooo disappointed. I left in the morning and came back and waited for 25 minutes and again no acknowledge at all. I then told Danielle that I am canceling my appointment and not waiting anymore. She decided to come to talk to me saying that they don’t have a receptionist and everyone else was busy so she didn’t have anyone available to shampoo my hair. This was my worst experience ever and the most unprofessional customer service ever. If a place cannot accommodate taking online booking then they should not advertise it. And if a stylist schedule is busy, he or she shouldn’t have open stops to show people that they are available for appointments. You should also acknowledge your customers and at least let them know that your running behind and your limited on staff so that the customer is not sitting there waiting.This was my worst experience with this Salon.
