The salon is welcoming and all the stylists wore masks, which I appreciate, because I have some health issues. My stylist/hair artist/brilliant color technician is amazing! She has controlled my brassy pulling color so easily and covers my grey to look do natural. I would recommend this salon to anyone, whichever stylist you get, because I feel like they share the knowledge.

I’ve been getting my hair done here for over a year now! Chelsie is AMAZING and has never let me down. All the girls in the salon are so nice and I would trust any of them to do my hair! The atmosphere is really inviting, and they always have water or coffee available and sometimes cookies! Would highly recommend!!

Pricing was GREAT compared to another salon close by that I felt was over priced. I got my hair lightly highlighted and colored + a dead end trim/long layer by Casey. She did an amazing job and was very friendly the entire time and not a bad conversationst. I loved the environment. I definitely recommend! ✔

Set up an appointment a month ago to get a perm for trial wedding hair. Got to the appointment early to check in and they said I don’t have an appointment and they don’t do perms. Will be taking my business elsewhere for all future hair needs

The stylists do a good job, however, their booking needs to be addressed. I loved Ida & Company, so was willing to give them a try, however, out of 3 different bookings, they managed to mess mine up each time. The 1st time they scheduled me for a barber cut, so my cut was rushed, I schedule my appointments when I leave, so my next appointment was 2-3 months later and the day of my appointment, they called to see if I could reschedule. I couldn’t due to transportation issues, so someone else available cut my hair. I then booked my next appointment when I left for “3 months” out and they called a few days before my appt to say she’s overbooked and could I change my appointment! Apparently booking 3 months in advance doesn’t even guarantee you can keep your appointment. Needless to say, I’m now going elsewhere…
