This was one of the most expensive hair cut and highlights I have ever gotten and was a huge disappointment. When I made an appointment, the lady who I ended up with was the new lady at the salon. I have VERY curly hair and it was very clear that she did not know how to deal with it. The actual hair cut was ok, not as good as other places I have gone to. For the highlights they straightened my hair (which left it so damaged) and after they bleached it, they put a dye in it which turned it back to its original color. So right now it is the same color as it was before. When I called to complain, they said to come back after 2 weeks so they could fix it. Unfortunately I was traveling during that time so now they said they will not fix it for free. There are so many salons in this area, go somewhere else!
